Captiva Marketing's promotional strategies team is looking for an experienced digital marketer to help lead promotional campaign execution for our clients. This position will heavily focus on the development and outbound execution of a variety of content types through integrated strategies that may include social media, email marketing, video and website marketing.
Candidates should be creative, while also maintaining a focus on ROI through an analytical mindset. Ideally, candidates should be able to demonstrate ownership of digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution to performance monitoring.
As this area of digital marketing is continuously evolving, we seek someone with the ability to learn new channels and tactics, while helping keep other teammates updated on the complex nature of outbound marketing strategies.
This is a full-time position available in our St. Louis office (local candidates preferred, hybrid work schedules are available after initial onboarding period.)
- Create and implement outbound digital marketing campaigns to attract targeted audiences and generate brand engagement and sales
- Manage KPI metrics to track engagement, reach, and ROI to develop client facing reports
- Write and distribute content to targeted audiences across multiple social media platforms
- Work closely with the Account Management and Creative Teams to develop concepts for digital marketing campaigns
- Utilize qualitative research skills to translate data into actionable initiatives, including the ability to interpret customer insights
- Provide creative briefs in order to guide the development of assets
- Evaluate and inform Account Managers and the Promotional Team on day-to-day social presence and content on various channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Utilize knowledge of social influencer and social strategy best practices
- Communicate directly with clients and channel partners
- 2-5 years developing and managing digital marketing programs
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, analytics, and social media platforms
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Preferred experience in social media ad buying
- Preferred experience using an automated marketing tool such as Hubspot
- 4-year degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or Journalism, or equivalent experience
- Salaried, full-time position
