Overview

Captiva Marketing is seeking self-motivated individuals who love learning new things for an open Paid Media Manager position. An interest in life sciences, medical, biotechnology, and/or healthcare industries is desired, but not required.

Working in one of our larger divisions, this position will require paid media channel strategy, execution across channels, and continued evaluation and optimization of campaigns. The ideal candidate will not only help to design the marketing and advertising strategies but will also assess the end-to-end performance of the campaigns. Collaboration, constant learning, and a knack for problem-solving are a must.

This is a full-time position available in our St. Louis office (local candidates preferred, but remote options are considered).

  • Project management

  • Website content recommendations and updates
  • Website analysis and reporting
  • Social and paid media advertising
  • Possible travel on occasion
Skill Requirements
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3-7 years of digital marketing experience
  • Creative problem-solving
  • Strong writing ability
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a team setting
  • Ability to go above and beyond daily responsibilities when needed
  • Paid media experience in Google Ads and DV360, Microsoft Ads, and other similar platforms
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or other web analytics platforms

Preferred Skills
These additional skills are desired but not required.

  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Drupal, or other content management systems
  • Knowledge of Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
  • Knowledge of Marketo and/or HubSpot and/or Pardot
